Once your order is made it's not the end, they are happy to support and replace faulty/damaged material at no charge! They also have plenty of other things to see eg tiles, awnings and exterior building solutions. Note their products are not cheap, but you pay for what you get and more! If you want Quality then it is worth paying a little extra. Greensquares comes highly recommended. Would have no hesitation to buy again.
