I get measured up and ordered a lovely dress for my big day. Got the call that it was ready so came in for a fitting and it was far too small. I was accused of gaining weight when I knew full well I had lost weight. I asked them to measure me again to compare to my earlier measurements and they refused, probably because they knew I was right! Warning: There is a reason they are so cheap, don't scrimp over a few pounds like I did or you will regret it for the rest of your life.
ALTERCATIONS NOT ALTERATIONS!!! I would just like to take this opportunity to tell people how dreadful the customer service was at this shop. At first everything seems friendly and they cannot do enough to help you but soon after you pay in full they turn into different people. We were promised alterations on bridesmaid dresses and then when it came to it she refused to do them. She made promises she didn't keep and then left me with dresses that didn't fit properly, 2 weeks before my wedding day. Luckily a local alterations shop has managed to save the day (at extra cost). I'm just so pleased I did not buy my wedding dress from this company and have heard several bad things about them since my experience. I just wish I'd read the review below and other people's opinions before I chose them. The one good thing from it is that the dresses are lovely, perhaps this is because they are made by someone else! Be warned, if you don't want unnecessary stress and altercations please don't chose this shop. There are plenty of other shops that stock the same designer dresses without the hassle I'm sure.
