Had an issue with a product bought from these guys which I have had for 10 months.....now in my opinion every company is happy taking your money but you don't really see what a company is like until there's a problem This company was great !! They spoke direct to the manufacturer on my behalf and even sent me a new item out at cost to them before they had there money back from manufacturer and this item wasn't cheap so from now on I will buy all my motorhome related items from here and can only recommend. Thanks

I have tried to ring them with reference to buying items but their number is permanently engaged. Success after a week of phoning. The boss says he is just snowed under. Couldn't be more helpful . More than sorted my wants out at super delivery speed! Great place.

We purchased some Kampa Chairs earlier in the year which were really great quality and comfortable. They were dispatched quickly and we were really happy, however unfortunately we had a small problem with them 6 months down the line. I emailed the company and my email was picked up by Gemma (The Kampa Girl) who provided superb customer service responding to my email quickly and resolving the problem easily. Due to the great service I received I intend to buy all of my camping supplies here in the future and would happily recommend to anyone.
