Great service provided, from the booking, to taking VAN in for a service and repair, to collecting van at end of day. My van came out cleaner then it went in :-) I had use of a loan car for the day. I would happily recommend Trenton to others

Done a reservation for a nissan juke with Rob, this was done remotely due to the lock down. Had to ask for the seats to be looked at as these parts were always missed on the videos sent. Their happened to be a large burn mark in the drivers seat so now makes sense this was not added to the video. We asked if the vehicle smells of smoke we were told he would not know as he smokes. We decided not to go ahead with the car due to trust and having to fight for a refund now . I am now having to get my card company to do a charge back as got nowere with the salesman. Refundable deposit on the website it says just email the branch not quite so easy. Have now taken our business elsewhere.

Went to collect a car our dealership had bought staff wouldn't allow us to use toilets after a 2 hr drive . Understand covid but should allow us to use facilities
