Always a problem! Always get delivery addresses wrong. Don't contact you when things aren't in stock and never process your refunds when they say they are doing it. Avoid

Absolutely disgusted that groomers could have the absolute disrespect to send me a stinking, ripped and dirty jacket so obviously second hand and think I would just accept this! I have been so unhappy with Groomers for a long time for various reasons and even resorted to buying my stuff online to avoid speaking with anyone there and even not getting my discount and now this completely takes the biscuit and i will NEVER buy anything from you again. How dare you send me such a top that stunk my room out immediately. i am furious! Updated - 9th March 2018 -To think i was actually going to let bygones be bygones at Crufts and spend money with Groomers and once again the staff ( the one woman on the scissor stand ) actually took another staff member off to talk about me an more or less in front of my face is disgusting and i put something on your Facebook page about the bad experience and Groomers have now blocked me and my comments are gone!! This just shows that Groomers and its staff are not open to criticism and in fact just block or stop you from making further comments. Shambles! What an earth was i thinking when i was considering spending my money again with Groomers! In fact you did me favour!

Absolutely appalling company. I’d heard so many bad things about them but I thought I’d give them a try. Wow how I wish I hadn’t. Rude, unhelpful staff every time I’ve called. Each time I ring to speak to someone, I get told they no longer work there!! All I can say is they treat their staff like they do their customers, no wonder they keep leaving. Sums it up that one of the 5 star reviews on here is from someone who works there!!! How desperate are they to boost their rating that they have to get staff members to put mock reviews on!!!!

Where do I start? The most unhelpful, clueless staff I’ve ever spoken to. The term customer service means nothing to these people apparently. Aftercare is a joke, they sell cheap products shipped in from China and then hugely inflate the price. If you want poor quality cheaply made products at sky high prices then this is the company for you. If you dare mention that it’s cheaper elsewhere, such as Christie’s then you basically get told to go there!! Avoid at all costs.

Shame was expecting order within a week but when checking on status was told delay caused by Crufts so have to wait to be delivered following week. I ordered after Crufts so not quite sure why l was affected.
