We couldn’t recommend grout tiles enough! Alan the manager was such a pleasure to work with and had great recommendations! The shop has a great selection of tiles and at competitive prices. After a year long house renovation it was such a pleasure to work with Alan who really helped us out, including saving us when we were two tiles short. Will definitely use again and recommend to all. We bought 3 sets of tiles for our kitchen extension from Grout Tiles. Alan was extremely helpful and knowledgable and made the whole process very simple, with no heavy sales tactics. He offered impartial advice which wasn't necessarily in his own commercial interests (eg steering us away from more expensive tiles), but which resulted in the right outcome for us. The overall price was also very reasonable. We would thoroughly recommend.

I never thought I'd post a review about a tile shop. But.... If you need tiles, go and talk to Grout. Knowledge is exemplory. Advice when requested was absolutely sound. The entire process was frictionless. Shout out to Alan, but even if he's not there I'm sure the experience will be the same. Massive thanks for being literally the easiest part of our refurb. John

We bought the tiles for our new kitchen, hall and garden patio. I really wouldn't do so again. The tiles for the hall and kitchen are beautiful but the process of getting them not so. Grout were hugely helpful right up until we'd put our order in. Then we never received a receipt, no updates about when they might arrive. When I chased I got told I must have a receipt and they didn't offer to resend. Part of what we had asked to be included on the order wasn't, and when I asked for it to be added Alan was extremely grumpy and did a lot of sighing on the phone and telling me how my builder must be terrible for not sorting this for me. It was almost like he really didn't want the extra business. We were spending nearly 5K with them and I felt like he really couldn't be bothered with me and was made to feel like I was a massive inconvenience. Even when that was sorted, only 2 sets out of our 3 different tiles arrived, the others were hugely delayed which delayed our project by quite a bit and when they did arrive they were significantly smaller than advertised. These were the exterior tiles designed to match the interior, but didn't match because they were 2/3cm smaller and so didn't line up. All in all it was hugely disappointing, I really wouldn't recommend. I have used European Heritage in Fulham, and the Tile Studio in Putney in the past and I really regret that I didn't go back there. If you are used to good helpful customer service even after you've parted with cash, definitely don't bother with Grout.
