Had a very disappointing meal here today. Went in on a recommendation for the great fish and chips. we were served fish and chips outside as there were no tables inside, which was fine except when it arrived we were then given them in take away containers when the table next to us had them on plates ?!? ... the chips were not the homemade (as they were before)and were very dry.. no homemade tarter sauce ... and fish batter wasn’t the best, all washed down with a warm Guinness in a plastic glass. A shame since my recommender was with me and said it had been amazing before

A fabulous little place situated just outside St.Andrews and well worth a visit. Pub food is simply delicious and the haddock and chips a must! Staff are very efficient and friendly. 13 of us popped in for lunch and the waiting time for food was minimal.
