We bought our home from people who were clients of Mark. Mark goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. The service we received from him is one of the best we've experienced from anybody in any context and we weren't even his direct clients paying him! It felt like we were receiving a bespoke service. Mark made an effort to get to know his clients and their home on a deep level, which led to his selling style feeling very genuine and invested. Mark is very forward-thinking and has a modern approach. We loved that Mark provided us with a really cool virtual tour of the property where you could look inside the house from all angles and even take measurements. After we'd had our offer accepted Mark was instrumental in getting our chain to completion. He was extremely proactive with communicating with all members of the substantial chain. We were very impressed with his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients and everyone else in the chain. He was always quick to respond to emails and/or calls and his manner was always helpful and personable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone wanting to sell their property.
