Guildford has 2 excellent places to climb. This is handy for us, but parking can be a bit tight. The walls are great for climbing and bouldering. Better than Surrey Park, but the cafe is not as good. The staff are also excellent.

Really great climbing center. The walls are always changing and there is a good range of levels available. Easy to get climbing with little previous experience. Well worth a visit

Great climbing venue; lots of varied routes and a good range of grades. Nice little cafe for lunch too. The staff are friendly and the centre has made reassuring changes in the current climate so you can climb with confidence. Thanks!

I'm more of a boulderer nowadays so I wouldn't really stop here just for bouldering but I was in the area so thought I'd pop in. Staff are really friendly and the routes are of a good standard. Their membership scheme seems pretty good if you plan to go there a few times a year as it makes entry a fair bit cheaper. Good amount of storage for bags.

The team at craggy run some great term time clubs for kids. The cafe and rock-on shop are well priced and staffed with knowledgeable staff

I hardly review places unless I am asked, but I felt the need to today. I’ve been climbing on & off for 2 years, however focusing much more on the last year (minus the obvious lockdown months) and have finally got to a level that I feel is challenging & progressive. I have never climbed anywhere else but one centre where I was met with rude, arrogant, patronising staff and expensive rates. I have loved every single climb at craggy, simply down to its atmosphere. All the staff I have spoken with, asked for tips from, have been awesome. So friendly, kind & supportive, as well as the banter & criticism of course ;) I’ve made friends at the wall who’ve helped me climb better, even boulder which is not my fave thing. It’s pretty much saved my mental health. I had one lesson & it was all I needed. If I could ask for anything more it would be that I could avoid going to Bart’s Cafe and eating too many cakes & hot chocs pre & post climb, since I tend to eat more calories than I burn :D but sadly his produce is too damn good. Never change Craggy, you’ve got a fan for life from me!

I have Just had a birthday party for my 11 year old son. I was worried due to the pandemic that it would be cancelled or unsafe. But the venue is very clean and organised and the boys had such a fantastic time. They had an instructor called Jacob and he was brilliant with the boys. Very enthusiastic and helpful and very supportive of those who hadn't climbed before. The venue sent us lots of info about the covid precautions and the staff were all organised and very nice. 5* from us
