Thought I would try the new Curry's PC World at Ladymead. In the old store every one was too busy to help, little of what was on show was in stock and the tills where staff with a single member who caused long tail backs at the till by explaining the virtues of insurance. Although moved and all sparkly the basic art of retail selling and service has just relocated to a different floorplate. Best get it on line - you won't get any service in store or a product that is advertised and you want.
