I have recently purchased a new Triumph XRT from here, the sales staff are excellent. They go an extra mile to make you feel welcomed then spend time talking about your choice and then Arron explained to an old git the complexity of the different ride modes and settings. Very happy and you get chocolate biscuits!!!
They are a very friendly and supplied me with loan bike while my Speed Twin was serviced, they ran through the service report and clarified any points that were relevant. So very happy with service. Well done and thanks.
Very poor quality of service and communication. I'd booked in for a test ride of a used bike they had there. I hadn't ridden in a few years and like a lot of other dealers I'd visited I'd borrowed some safety gear from them. None were available for me so I was unable to test ride the bike, they then offered to show me the bike so I could at least have a proper look at it only to find it's battery was completely flat so even if I had the safety gear I'd not been able to ride anyway. I'll never return to this dealership
