Always find it easy in here. Can seem understaffed at times, but not the staff's problem. They always do there best to help out and are always friendly!
Read plenty of bad reviews on here but never had a bad experience since using it regularly during lockdown, the self device are easy to use and there is always some one on hand to assist. Like any post office you need to pick your moment to avoid queues!
I had abad experiencia, I do not usually leave bad reviews but the queue was extremely long, only one person working, self scanning machines were unattended and the only person that was there had a bad attitude and rude. This is from March 2020
Absolutely shocked at the staffing at this main PO. 2 weeks ago we took our Passport Forms and photos to be verified. They charged us and sent them off. The Passport Office would not accept our photos and we have had to have them done again adding to the delay as we wanted passports before Brexit. Do NOT trust the PO with such important verification. For a main PO in a large catchment area, having 2 staff on, is ridiculous.
