Slick way of storing possessions for moving house. All loaded in huge wooden units, wheeled out for you by forklift allowing you to load your van in a clean, dry environment. All covid sensitive. Very impressed

Mark and Mark were friendly, professional and really careful with all our stuff. They were as good as the guys who packed the container and had it unpacked in so time. Would highly recommend getting the pack and unpack service too.

Kelly's storage team have been amazing. The administration support team were so helpful in organising everything for our move. The packing team Ben, Jerome and John, were friendly, efficient and careful with all our belongings. They made what could have been a stressful day a relaxing experience. Our belongings are now safely in storage and we are grateful for the check-ins and regular updates

This is now my second time using Kelly Storage. I have used the storage, collection, packing and delivery services and the process has been incredibly smooth (both times). I have recently visited the storage facilities in St Albans to access my unit, and again, this was incredibly straightforward. The unit was ready and waiting for me and Mark (who was at the facility) was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I also wanted to mention Jerome, who has gone above and beyond to help me load all of our boxes into the van and has been incredibly nice throughout the whole process. I will keep using Kelly storage and recommending this company to everyone I know. It’s incredibly helpful to not to have to hire a van to transport all your items into a storage unit. Kelly Storage collects it, and will deliver your unit to your front door, and for a really competitive price too. Highly recommend!
