Survey was done to a professional standard, however the customer service is very variable and I have had to constantly e-mail/phone to reach anyone (no replies for over 2 weeks!!). No one made it easy to answer basic questions, and you get the feeling no one is interested to help once you've paid your money! This needs to be improved!!

Babak's review has just come to our notice. Our first review after 22 years of providing a good service to our clients. The thousands of happy clients do not post reviews. We provided a 29 page report on the house Babak wanted to buy and included photographs of the roof and chimneys using a drone mounted camera. The drains were tested. We provided everything that could reasonably be needed to make a judgement before buying a house. We know that moving house is stressful and do our best to help but cannot remove that stress altogether. Surveyors are out of the office more than 50% of the time inspecting property and are not always available on the phone. Surveying a building is an onerous task that we take seriously. For that reason we are not available via mobile phone because we need to concentrate on the task in hand without distraction. We are proud of providing an exceptional service since 1996. Babak returned to us six months after posting this review so we believe that he was satisfied overall.
