Being new to the area I feel fortunate to have found this group. I have made some great friends and look forward a good laugh while getting in shape. The workouts are amazing and helps build your strength and confidence. Chris assists you to work within your ability, while at the same time giving you the guidance to push yourself a little further. I would highly recommend.

Chris provides a variety of workouts– body weight, kettle bell, circuits etc and no 2 sessions are ever the same. She tailors each exercise to each individual, pushing us all so we feel a sense of achievement every time. And the extensive timetable means its easy to make more than one session a week (come rain or shine!). We all support each other and nobody takes themselves too seriously – I’d highly recommend giving it a go!

I’ve never stuck to any fitness class / bootcamp regularly before but have been going to Melita Fitness for well over 18 months now and am still loving it. Working out in the fresh air while having a laugh with a bunch of like minded people makes me show up week after week and always puts me in a better mood. Highly recommend :)

The Melita group fitness classes are second to none and Chris really knows her stuff. It’s a motivational group setting, but small class size so that everyone still gets the one on one attention they need. The group is such a welcoming, friendly and supportive bunch as well.

I get so much more out of Melita than I ever did from a gym membership. I had injured myself in bigger exercise classes by not being aware of the correct ways to do things, and of my own strengths and weaknesses. The small group sizes means that Chris (or Chrissie or Emma) is able to keep a close eye on all of us - giving alternative exercises when needed and pushing us to work harder/ move faster/ use heavier weights when needed too.
