Unable to make telephone contact again today to discuss an opportunity with them. There seems to be a problem with their telephone menu system that just sends you back to the start again and again...Also, when I telephoned, the initial menu greeting did not even actually inform me that I was through to Optegra. You need to sort this, Optegra. You are potentially losing valuable business opportunities and prospective patients and associated income.

I had cataracts removed from both eyes in early summer 2016 by Anne Gilvarry at Optegra. Of all the private hospitals I have visited, either as a patient or a visitor, I think Optegra stands out for its friendliness and professionalism. Quite apart from the exceptional standard of care I received, one small characteristic was particularly impressive: every single member of the staff who looked after me started by saying \I am Sue-Jane (or whatever) and I am gong to (whatever)\. As I say a small, but very reassuring little gesture.

I had my eye laser surgery back in July. It was the best thing I done in my life. The care I received in Optegra was amazing. All staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. I was terrified doing my surgery but The surgeon that was doing my operation reassured that me tat everything will be ok. I'll been explained the procedure and possible side effects but same time I was reassured that risk a really small. In a future if I need I definitely go back there and would recommend it to my friends and family.
