I had my laser eye surgery in December and couldn't be happier with the results, my eye sight is even better than I expected it to be! I went to the Guildford branch for my initial consultation and for my post surgery check ups. Andrea and the rest of the team there are very friendly and welcoming, they were also very helpful in explaining the surgery. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about laser eye surgery or anyone who is just looking for a new opticians.

It’s currently 6 weeks after my laser eye surgery and I am so very happy I went through with it! From the beginning, I received a friendly and personal service from the team at the Guildford clinic. Andrea talked me through what to expect for my first consultation and also, because of covid, she reassured me all precautions were being taken. Kavandeep took me through the initial consultation, checking my eyes and explaining what procedure would be best for me. From that initial phone call, through to initial consultation, and now aftercare I felt really welcomed, calmed and reassured. I obviously decided to go through with the surgery which I had to have in Southampton. My next day appointment, again, welcomed into the office, temperature taken, mask on, but a really friendly and personal atmosphere and a genuine interest in how I was getting on. Eyes tested again and this was reassuring again to hear how my experience so far was “normal”. My next follow up appointments I needed to rearrange and the team were really accommodating (the other lovely lady I can’t remember her name as I write this but she was also really fantastic). Today I’ve come back delighted with my 20/20 vision.
