He delivers his classes with both the utmost skill and professionalism, whilst also educating his students on the vast history of the practices he teaches. The techniques are clearly communicated and patiently nurtured, and his demonstrations show that his variety of Wing Chun is highly effective. Can’t recommend him enough.

The skills learnt at Shaolin Ancestors are undoubtedly effective. You are taught the style in a way that means that it is a natural extension of who you are instead of learning a number of techniques in a parrot fashion. The classes are informal with a relaxed dress code and no prior self-defence or martial arts experience is necessary. There are no monthly contracts and the fees are reasonable, you simply pay on the day that you attend. The venue has plenty of parking and the classes are held indoors. Whether you are looking for a self defence system or just a different experience and understanding of martial arts - I can recommend the Shaolin Ancestors without hesitation.
