Very disappointed and certainly if you can go for another option, do it. First the laser does hurt, it doesn't matter what they say or the settings they use you can feel the pain and they don’t use any gel as they should. And in my case my 8 sessions were painful, my hair is still growing in the area and fast as always, no visible change, so you can say it was a waste of money. And finally their customer service honestly is getting worse from the point they received the money to your last session. Look for other options first.

The telephone service is VERY poor. I have phoned eleven times, since 9.30am and it is now 3.05pm. I have held each time for approx. 10 minutes. My battery on my phone is now low!! POOR customer services. You have lost me as a client and I won't be recommending Skin in Guildford
150 consultation with the dermatologist. But free consultation with the same dermatologist if you want to get injections. Where is the Hippocratic oath doctors are suppose to take to treat their patients. My belief is any organization that asks for money to evaluate your skin, but does not charge for injecting your skin without proper evaluation and accessment does not have you best interest at heart. On the other hand the girls are lovely. I do not recommend this place
SCAM! 25.00 for nothing, half a day wasted. Do not be fouled by their website, no refund, whatever they say. My partner booked an appointment over the phone. She clearly explained, that she wanted a consultation to discuss the possible removals of birth marks and skin tags. She was offered a free skin assessment. This so-called free consultation required an upfront 25.00 payment. This was fully refundable according to the website. On the consultation the woman told to my partner, that she knew nothing about skin tags or birth marks, so my partner should have an appointment with a doctor. So why they did not book her appointment with the right consultant on the first place? Why book somebody who will not be able to advise her anyway, let alone provide a treatment plan? Half a day wasted plus travel costs. Of course the 25.00 was never refunded either. Just to be clear; I know that a consultation with a doctor is 100.00, which I would have happily paid had the staff been competent enough to book the right consultant.
I paid 25 for a consultation here in hope of solving the breakout problem I’ve had for years. It was such a waste of money. The lady I saw really didn’t offer useful advice and didn’t even get me to take my makeup off to properly look at my skin. I had been told that the 25 could go towards any product or treatment but when I went to purchase something(despite my better judgement) I was told I couldn’t and the 25 was for the consultation. I then decided to walk out bemused as to what I had actually paid for. I’ve had better advice from beauty counters and haven’t had to pay for the privilege either. I do not recommend this place.
