I requested a refund on a monthly half used ticket due to lockdown in December and am still waiting for my refund. Stagecoach also decided I needed a ticket for January so took it on themselves to buy me a ticket I did not need and told me I had a direct debit which is bull.

Nice bus operator. Usually quite reliable, and I find many of the drivers much nicer than Arriva's, who are often rude, miserable and get increasingly angry if you ask them questions.
While travelling on one of your buses from Park and Ride Merrow on Monday 6th July, I and only one other passenger wore a mask. I am assured they are mandatory on public transport. This happened also on my return journey with a different driver only two people wearing masks also the other four passengers made no effort to cover their faces. I left on a bus at 9.55 am and returned on the 12.10 bus. Perhaps notices should be put on buses, to alert passengers that this is mandatory, as some of us who are elderly and very vulnerable have to visit a medical centre and in my case the opticians. The last 715 bus to Kingston today was due to leave from Guildford at 5.50pm. It left 6 minutes early, before the Arriva 36 bus (which was leaving at 5.45pm). The 715 was showing as the 2nd bus due to depart on the screen. Another man and I were looking in the wrong direction. We heard the bus, ran after it waving our arms but it didn't stop. The driver should be severely reprimanded for this. I'm having to take the train (over 10 pounds).
