I booked this company after reading good reviews. However they cancelled the night before as their daughter was ill. I was offered a choice of days and times the following week and was happy to rebook. This time they never turned up. I tried ringing, no answer, so I sent a message, again no reply.

Booked an appointment and waited all day for someone to show up to clean the oven in my new house, they didn’t. When I tried calling and messaging them to see where they were and to rearrange they blocked me on messenger.
I decided to book Premier Oven Cleaning after reading some impressive reviews and receiving a fair quote. However, he failed to turn up for the booking and has also failed to answer my phone calls or messages. I have now cancelled the booking and taken my business elsewhere. I cannot comment on the quality of the work, hence the 1 star rating. There may be a simple explanation. Perhaps he would like to offer one here.
Would highly recommend Premiere Oven cleaning. Amazing results, friendly, efficient and fairly priced. Will definitely use this company again.
This guy is great ! Was ashamed of my oven and how I’d let it get over past few months. Didn’t think would come up as good as it has it’s fabulous looks brand new !! he’s magic. Could recommend more and very reasonable prices ! Thank you deffos be using you again in future.
