Company was not able to complete a short notice, small order. I needed to get a hip flask laser engraved with an emblem and name within a week. the response received was as follows \Having seen the artwork I can see that the design is too complex for us to engrave…sorry! Also we will have difficulty with the time frame\. The company that was able to complete the request used the same JPG image, took and completed the order the same day and only took 15 min to complete the job. I suspect Tamatec simply had no desire for completing a small order rather that struggling with the design or time frame. Not impressed with being fobbed off with something so simple.
