I don’t think I give 5-star reviews often but I have been incredibly thrilled with the service and customer care here. Harry M and Nick P have been great with my dream car! They have kept in contact continuously and helped me navigate through the whole process especially during Covid-19. Fantastic service and great team and really have Harry and Nick to thank for that!! Will definitely (and have already) be recommending this dealership to family/ friends!

We recently bought from GS in Thames Ditton, dealing with Ryan Mills: Ryan was an absolute delight to deal with; not only did he get us an incredibly good deal, but his empathy in particular was fantastic. We were open, and he knew we were looking at one other dealership, but that didn't turn him into the 'typical salesman', he listened and was completely honest with the whole situation, and at the end of the day we felt safe with the purchase thanks to him. Had a great experience purchasing a stunning Jaguar from this showroom. Even during such a difficult time I received an excellent video of the car before putting a deposit. On the day of purchase it was hassle free and extremely friendly especially Adam, so knowledgable couldn’t wish for a better experience. Would highly recommend, thanks Adam
Friendly atmosphere and kids accommodating. Good service with complementary coffee /hot drinks stand while you wait for your car being serviced. I was impressed how they offer to drop you off to a nearby train station or desired location once you leave your car for service. Very thoughtful! A low note is the location as it is hard to find on Google map but they are moving out soon to a new location. I don’t know how they compare to others with regards to prices hence the 4 stars.
SPENCER! He was amazing, my wife and I came in to look for our dream car, never thought it would happen, he was so patient, kind and a great laugh. We had to delay our pick up day as my grandma was really ill, he was so understanding, so compassionate & even called to check how we were doing. What a wonderful man. Thank you Spencer for putting our faith into salesman because we have met a few and they were dreadful at other companies like BMW. Terrible. If you are a prospective customer I'd advise choosing a local people oriented dealership. As a job applicant for 2 jobs I have been completely ignored, no "thanks but no..." nothing at all! Considering you may ask for help regarding purchasing a car in would imagine that 3 weeks awaiting a response would annoy/infuriate/dismay and then give up? OK, covid 19 is about, I wasn't aware this meant you can't be bothered to respond to a job application. Terrible behaviour for what was a great name, I'm sure Guy Salmon will be turning in his grave. Shame on you Sunbury, shame on you Guy Salmon HR and good luck, because you'll probably need it, with your purchase or a service of a "Rover". Be it Land or Range- other makes are available. One star because you can't give less. Don't be fooled by "all the right words" - it's all about managing expectations when clearly there are none. Good luck to all who sail within her.... UPDATE- They still haven't made any contact with any kind of explanation- perhaps this is normal for a huge "customer DIS-focussed" business? Please understand this is not about anything other than human moral behaviour, no resentment other than being not being informed, a lack of human respect goes a long way, Sytner (big USA business) clearly don't understand that HR stands for "Human" resources and humans have something called "empathy" (look it up Sytner).
