Took too long to complete the work at my mother's house because of various problems with the windows from the manufacturer. The fitters are very good and Bryn the owner managed to solve all problems eventually but from order to completion took 5months which was far too long

DO NOT USE He used high pressure sales tactics to take advantage of my ill parents. He took 300 from them for a deposit and after a week they decided not to use them. He refused to give the money back and acted cocky while refusing. An incredibly smarmy guy. Getting trading standards involved as he should give a 14 day cooling off period when a deposit is made. Even sent men around to take measurement when told not to. No professionalism what so ever

Do not use these thieving cowboys!! After paying the deposit, it took over 2 weeks chasing them to come and measure the windows. Then we heard nothing for 6 weeks. Followed by 4 weeks of chasing them for a date to fit the windows. They finally fitted them 3 months after paying the deposit. When I came pay (over the phone) the lady said the payment didn't go through, so I would have to \pay\ again. I could tell she didn't know what she was doing but had no choice. Guess what, 2 weeks later 2 payments left my bank account!!. Now I've got the pleasure of trying to get my money back. Wish me luck! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time. Placed an order with this company took 8-9 weeks of constant chasing to get them out to measure up. During the measure up my door frame was damaged on the premise of getting a new door. 10-11 weeks in my deposit was refunded with no explanation as to why just that they couldn’t fulfill my order at this time. Managing director happy to hang up the phone on you, so I’m now left with a damaged door frame. Thanks very much.
