Good gym, but the shower facilities leave a wish list for owners to address. If you are busy professional rushing in the morning to get ready for work you better be prepared to wait for water and ensure you have a lot of spare time. In past few weeks I have been left standing soaped under the shower waiting for the water more times than I wish to count. I left with no shower on occasions all sweety after workout because the water was just dripping.

Great gym, helpful friendly staff and fully equipped with boxing room, 2 studios, treadmills, resistance machines and lots of classes - cheapest gym @20 a month and free parking also.

Friendly staff and ok equipment. Great gym compared to other gym near by like pure gym since the people who train here is more friendly. Showers could be allot better!
