Would not recommend for neuro diversity or special kids. We had our first session today for our twins who are 4.5yrs old. My son is autistic, mild though. When we enquired then intially they said that their staffs are well trained to handle all level of abilities. But we were very very disappointed when we had our session today. Their staff has got zero tolerance with the kids. It was just in couple of minutes they sent my son out saying that he is screaming and didn't pay any attention at all. I am surprised that they are not aware of autistic child. Even though I said to them that he will get settle in couple of mins, they were not ready to pay any attention. Same with my daughter too. As it was her first class of this kind. She got little bit scared and they did not reassure her too. She came out in 5 mins. I gave the 2 stars because they said nicely about the rejection saying that they would refund the money. I would definitely not recommend this one for special needs kids.
My son has been coming to Gymfinity’s Ninja Knights classes for a few months now and absolutely loves it! He always looks forward to coming. The teachers are brilliant and set boundaries and expectations from the start. The structure is just what he needs. He also thinks the Ninja teachers are superheroes, which helps! We recently held his 5th party here and he and his 34 friends () had the gym to themselves with teachers separating the groups into teams and giving them different activities to do. They all had an amazing time some even claiming it to be the “best party EVER!”. Definitely recommended!
I guess we're unlucky with the coach then. She's very critical of the girls and rarely gives any positive feedback. Also, she's got her few favourites and doesn't pay enough attention to the rest of the group. I was thinking about changing the group but luckily the coach's leaving the Reading centre in September. Otherwise the facilities are very good and the staff at the reception very polite and helpful.
Great place for kids to have fun and blow off excess energy! Good clean play area with lots of different trampolines etc. Friendly staff too.
I had my daughter's first class today and found that things were not at all as promised during the trial We were told to book the peak hour class as it has 3-4 kids but her session had 8 kids The coach and the helper were not paying much attention and not bothered to get kids back to session of they went around Really unsatisfactory service, guess they are too busy to bother about quality of service and will can see from recent reviews
Have been taking my son to the preschool gymfinity classes for almost a year, and he loves every minute. Kat the manager is so good with them. Lovely clean centre, sometimes however a little chilly. All amazing equipment, and staff are friendly.
