Truly outstanding service. From order to delivery every step of the was was superbly communicated. Reece provided exemplary customer care. The rower I ordered arrived well ahead of time which was amazing and I received a call in advance from the delivery company coordinated by Reece to check the date was convenient for me. The rower arrived perfectly and professionally off loaded to my door. The speed of delivery was impressive even more so during covid -19 I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased to receive it early on the 22nd after great online communication from UPS (including notification of dispatch and ability to track throughout). The product is top quality.
