I joined gymophobics Rugeley in September 2019 and haven’t looked back since. I have never been to a gym before, but joining Rugeley is the best thing. I lost 1 stone in approx three months (amazing results) with endless support from the team. The team are extremely helpful, supportive, friendly...... and so on........and I can’t thank them enough. The atmosphere is also always friendly and happy and I look forward to going. I attend 3-4 times every week and thoroughly enjoy it. FANTASTIC TEAM AND FANTASTIC RESULTS !!!!!!!! Thank you ladies I would highly recommend it
