I would strongly recommend that all people please go to big shops like \H. Samuel\, \Chisholm Hunter\ and \Ernest Jones\. As they have stable policies. They pay long term attention for high reputation. Do not believe any local jewellery shops or small shops where I had been very unhappy very disappointed. The more struggling for survive, the more tricky they are. Jewellery payment is not small money. we are hardworking for penny. Wish all friends buy good things that worth the money.

Myself & My Husband went to the Glasgow Store Buchanan Galleries to buy Christmas present for Granddaughter, we decided on a Bangle and asked for her Name and Date of Birth to be Inscribed, Bangle arrived at our address, and we were so Disappointed as we could not see the Inscription at all, so I rang the Glasgow Store to speak to Manager who advised us to send it back with a letter explaining what was wrong with Bangle and he would look into this, however we just got Bangle back and although Inscription a little better, we are still disappointed., we got no apology at all, and the letter I put in with Bangle to explain my complaint was also returned ripped up showing a result of disrespect. Not Happy Customers at all.

My fiancés ring had broken recently catching on a jumper as the claws holding the stone were sitting proud resulting in the claw snapping. It was put down to customer damage which seems ridiculous, more a manufacturing fault with the ring, claws shouldn’t be sitting proud enough to catch on clothing. The store manager, Mhari I believe, who we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with was awful. She was extremely dismissive and was not prepared to listen to anything we had to say. Her ‘Management’ of the situation was shocking. We only went in to have a conversation which she quickly turned in to arguments. If you are buying something from the store I’m sure your in for a pleasant experience, however if you have a complaint or dare to challenge the repair procedures you’d better have a thick skin and be prepared for a very unpleasant experience. Laughably the issue has been resolved however this review is more on the store manager who treats customers in a patronising and disgusting manner
