Keep away of this store !!!! i have bought a watch from this store and after 1 week returned back to them to change it with another watch or get refund, i have tried for few minutes and find out it digging my skin and i am not feeling comfortable with it, and that was the reason for returning, but i have got surprised when i get to the store, 2 old lady in the shop told me that i can not get refund or replaced one, they told me i have used the watch which i did not, because it was exactly like brand new and the same condition as first day, if the watch can count as used after few minutes trying that means all watch in the store are used and they are not brand new , because the people always try them in the store to decide to buy it or not, after few minutes argument they shouted me to get out off the shop and they called security after one minute 6 security was around me looks like they catching a thief , i was shocked and shaking, because i never was in that sort off situation, they kicked me out of the shop, i think the company should training them how to communicate with customers before they start the job, i am really sad for H Samuel to have that sort of staff. any way i have returned the watch to another store and got fully refund without any issues.

I would just like to say that we went to H Samuel this afternoon in sutton coldfield for a gift for myself. I knew what i wanted and in these horrid times we were greeted by two ladies Chris and her colleague. I cannot speak highly enough of the service Chris gave us for the most beautiful eternity ring.
