Great shop with excellent customer service
I took 2 watches in, one a simple tube repair and service, the other a restoration to a watch of particular sentimental value. After appraising I was given a verbal quotation which I agreed to. It was also explained what timescale I should expect. The watches were prepared and ready on time and the prices quoted were adhered to. I was thoroughly delighted with my rare Breitling monopusher sympathetic restoration as the work done leaves a watch with a great deal of character but is fully useable. Would I use them again? I have just delivered my late father in laws vintage Rado and another old watch for servicing. I have also just recommended them to my boss at work.
