Terrible service, these people are cheats. I have used Hadrian Equine for about seven years and probably spend between 500 and 1000 per year on their wormers. I have always found them to be abrasive on the phone but overlooked that as their prices were cheap. However the last time I ordered ten worming syringes and three bottles of Panacur and only eight syringes arrived. The box was stuffed with paper so you couldn’t see the wormers on first opening and I failed to count them immediately. When I realised there were two missing a week or so, I phoned and explained their error politely. Not even an apology, they refused to credit my card or send two more as apparently the mistake was mine for not checking when I opened the box.

Ordered wormers on Monday. Next day delivery. Due to their mistake they hadn't arrived Thursday. After calling I was told they would arrive Thursday. On Friday I called to be met with a very abusive and unprofessional lady called sharon. She told me she was off work that day and there was nothing she could do about it. It was parcel force that was at fault. I asked if she could call parcel force as I had 25 horses that had been in since Tuesday wiring to be wormed before turnout. She told me to Google parcel force and ring them myself as she was on holiday. I said I had no tracking number. She actually told me it was tough as she was on holiday and no one was in the office. She told me the owner was called Mr Leak but refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. Very rude and very unhelpful. I don't usually write bad reviews but felt compelled as this experience was so appalling

Des escrocs. Février 2019 : Le montant de ma commande a été débité 2 fois sur mon compte. Hadrian Equine refuse de me rembourser (ils ont soit disant changé de propriétaires alors que leur site met en avant que le magasin existe depuis 1981!
