I have send off my wedding bouquet flowers which were all quite fair coloured, but they said will see what they can. After few weeks I go a message that is all done and paperweight was gorgeous and well packaged, which is important with that type of items. Extremely helpful staff, recommended!
Terrible experience with Hafod Grange. I needed to re-send emails everyday for up to a week in order to get one reply. I had confirmation that my only wedding flower was received fine and that processing would begin - seven weeks later after many a sent email I was finally told that now apparently my flower wasn't sent in good condition, Despite initially saying it was received fine. It took an email a day for four days to get picture evidence (pictures they offered me and I agreed to be sent) of a tragic looking flower that didn't appear to resemble my own. More than the fact they have destroyed something of priceless and sentimental value it's the attitude in the little communication I received which made the wound feel deeper, so far I've not received one apology. Take your business elsewhere.
had our baby boys funeral flowers put into 2 large paperweights. received them today and they are absolutely amazing and the prices are so reasonable. i would definitely recommend
