Got there on time and was seen half an hour late, with barely any acknowledgement that I was there. The hairdresser refused to give me the haircut I asked (three layers) but opted for a two tier one then when I asked for my hair blow dried, he went at it furiously. Surprisingly he achieved a decent result (due to my hair being good quality to survive his harshness) but I left with a headache. I made the mistake to go there twice, again I waited half an hour... I walked out after not having been seen. AVOID!!!!!

my 1st trip to hair idols will be my 1st of many! the staff are friendly and the service is 2nd to none, I got expert advice on cuts that would best suit me. I came out feeling like a new women and i have made heads turn, thanks guys and gals and see you soon.

I made an appointment for waxing a week in advance. On the day of my appointment I arrived on time, and was made to wait for an hour, at which point the responsible staff person had still not arrived. Having made the appointment far in advance, I was very upset when the staff also refused to reschedule me for that day or the next. I find this business unprofessional and unreliable. They wasted not only an hour of my day, but now I am forced into the position of finding another salon at late notice before my travel. I would not recommended Hair Idols, as they clearly do not know how to manage their staff schedules, nor did they offer me any option to reschedule my appointment.

I have been there 2 times. Both of the times I was disappointed. I asked for my hair to be longer at the back, both times got it cut short. Very disappointed.
