Very friendly and helpful staff. Not the cheapest place, but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for so to speak. The bike rack is top quality and sound, the helpful guy even put the rack together for me. It's peace of mind, especially when there are expensive bikes involved.

Not sure if it's just down to covid that this store isn't stocked properly but staff aren't the the mist friendly either! I've visited this store twice now over the period of two weeks and quite disappointed. In both occasions I've come away with nothing. Sorry guys but I gave my business to Halfords and go outdoors who are much more accommodating and helpful. Prices maybe lower in this store but when you get there they direct you to purchase online! Waste of my time visiting if I thought you were going to say that. I'm not sure that I will venture there again or buy online,as I said quite disappointing.
