I bought a pair of used WPG binoculars from the Viking Ebay outlet 30 months ago, 3 weeks ago I was out in a storm and condensation formed inside the right optics, I contacted them and they told me to return them for test. Today I received a re-furbished pair of binoculars, amazing service.

Today I needed a plastic shim for a different brand hide clamp and once it had been confirmed that they had the part I needed they gave it to me as thanks for being a loyal customer!
