Highly recommended. Been here a number of times over the years, always excellent. Last time fitted me in immediately for a brake problem even though busy, and most recently went for an MOT. Always keep you informed by phone and are very polite and trustworthy. Work is excellent.

The guys here promptly diagnosed my issues and fixed them without issue. Was surprised by the value for money given some manufacturer parts were needed. Friendly and helpful team, and given the current pandemic was nice to see social distancing enforced to customers, which hasn’t been in many other garages. Would recommend.

I never again go to West Bromwich. I understand that without a reservation it's hard to fix a fault, but even when you have reservations, they can send you home because there is no one who can be available to repair a stupid tire

I was very happy with the service I received on 1st September 2020. Took my car in for a service and mot, it was done on time, I was contacted by staff but not pressured into buying anything I didn't need and they did a good, quick job. It was a bit pricey but that's Halfords and I guess you get what you pay for,

I felt the mechanic couldn't really be bothered to be honest...fixing my car was to much effort for him as he pointed out it would take 4-5 hours to fix...but if your being paid...then it shouldn't matter how long it will take...as I'm sure you charge for labour aswell...maybe it was because they were fixing multiple cars hence the response. But also a week to book in is to long to be told this..they should have same day or next day slots.
