My hubby and I took our bikes for a free bike safety check yesterday. Conor from Bike department was brilliant!!! Just wow!!! His customer service was spot on. Kind, knowledgeable, and so very helpful he put us at ease straight away and took time to explain in detail which bits were not running smooth and would need a service/replacement. It was amazing to observe a professional who carries out tasks they probably perform on daily basis, with such care. We will definitely be back!

Had my pedals changed from Normal ones to SPD Shimano ones. Spoke to Imz on the phone as I was keen to know if I had to wait a long time and what the cost would be. He was very clear and assured me that it would be 5. James than served me when I got to the store and he was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I always visit this Halfords as it has all the things I need and the staff are very helpful...always.

I went in looking for a battery for my car, i could not see one on the shelf so asked an employee, he said there was one out the back and promptly got it for me ,so it does pay to ask staff members if you do not see your product on the shelf. The store was clean and was adhering to distancing rules, found the store inviting and ended up purchasing some wipers for my wife's car. A friendly place.

I was very grateful for the staff advising me on the car battery charger I needed for my son's car. Unfortunately, there were none on the shelves in the shop, but luckily one of the staff went into the stores and searched for a while, managing to find one for me. Well done to him.
