In the store the assistants were really helpful and approachable when I got there. So would give 5 stars for them but I had tried to call beforehand and could not get past the halfords main call centre to a specific store. Both times the women on the phone could not seem to comprehend that I just wanted them to connect me to a specific store to ask if they had the product (wanted to see the bike in person) on the shop floor which was very annoying! They both just put me on hold and I eventually had to give up.

Drove up to Halfords, Penarth Road on Monday afternoon to collect my 'click & collect' ebike. The staff where really helpful and acknowledged me as soon as I entered the store. I spoke to Anthony in the cycle department, he checked my order details and brought my bike through for me, as I had requested it boxed he advised me on assembly when I got it home and also asked if I would prefer it 'built' in store. Thank you.

I recently purchased a bike for my sons Christmas present, a few weeks ago I popped in and asked for advise on which bike to get him. The team were wonderful in fact so informative that I simply ordered the one the chap suggested. When I went to collect it last week, the team remembered me and were very pleasant and helpful again.
