Bus station and Coach station. Looking well for an old place. Note that Bus are getting regularly cleaned for Coronavirus, which is good. Also what is good is that plains are in for a new bus and Coach station. Then should be five stars

Busmanpro YT STUDIOS

This bus station is alright. The buses to populated areas such as Pellon, Illingworth, Mixenden, Sowerby, Brighouse, Todmorden, Hebden Bridge, Mythlomroyd, Bradford, Huddersfield and Leeds show up on time however buses to rural areas with an Hourly or 2 hourly perhaps 2 buses a day [like to Norwood Green] turn up late or don't show up at all. At least the toilets are free unlike other West Yorkshire Bus Stations. The bus station has a total of 20 bus stands however only 14 are in use. There is lovely staff in the Bus Station Travel Centre but the bus drivers are not so nice, apologies to the drivers that are enthusiastic about there job, and the station security is friendly too. As well as this, recently a new travel information machine and M-Card Machine was installed. Unfortunately, the M-Card Machine is not very reliable and prune to glitching. The bus station is too hot in the Summer and too cold in the Winter. I give this Bus Station 2 stars, it needs improving.

Rude and vile language used from a driver who i was checking if he needed medical assistance after wreckless driving around the estate and getting stuck in the green. Normally there is about 15 children playing on the green. The driver then walked off laughing saying he was getting paid.

Very disgusting and rude customer service. I waited 20 minutes for the bus and the driver drove right past me with no good reason. The bus was also empty.

More of a large shelter than a modem style bus station. Some of the shelters require crossing the busy bus carriageway to get to. The back of the bus station is treated as a bus park area and is often over crowded with parked buses which can make it difficult to see moving buses when crossing. This sort of proves that the demands have outgrown the services this old bus station can provide. One convenience store on site, travel information and free toilets. Passport photo machine on site too.
