We were given a date of 7th and 8th of December for this carpet to be fitted by the retailer. They fitted most of the carpet, but for some reason could not get the 5 metres cuts that were required for the final bedroom. We are now 7 weeks after the date that ALL of this carpet was supposed to be fitted and we are being told it's going to be another 3-4 weeks. Because we have already had the rest of the carpet fitted our choices are now to wait another 3-4 weeks, or choose another carpet that does not match. I have no idea how this company stays in business!!!!

We have received unbelievably poor, incompetent and unprofessional service from Associated Weavers. We ordered a total of 121 square metres of Invictus Sirius carpet through a large retail store in Bristol. On the 24th October some of the carpet was delivered for fitting. Whilst laying this carpet the fitters noticed a fault running the length of this carpet. On returning to the Warehouse, it was found that the rest of the roll was also faulty. We were reassured that the next consignment would be inspected by both Associated Weavers and the Retailer before delivery to us and a date of December 13th was agreed for the fitting. On the 11th December the Retailer phoned to say that the further consignment was also faulty and cancelled the fitting for 2 days time. After assurance that everything possible would be done to assure no more problems, the required carpet was reordered and a fitting date of January 15th was agreed. We received a phone call from the Retailers Carpet manager on January 14th saying that they had just inspected the carpet in their warehouse and yet again it was faulty with lines running down the length of the roll !! They had received repeated assurance from the Quality Controllers at Associated Weavers that this roll was flaw free. As you can imagine we were devastated to hear this news. I felt that I had to speak, by phone, to either the Managing or Commercial Director of Associated Weavers. I was refused my request to be put through to anyone and told that I should speak to the Retailer again. I left my phone number asking that someone in Management call me back to discuss how we had been let down a 3rd time. No contact has ever been made by Associated Weavers. What a way to run a business, 3 rolls of faulty carpet, no apology, no explanation. Zero customer service. Be warned, not just by the quality of their product but their complete lack of customer service or apology.
