NO Waste collection in Hove Edge again this week everything overflowing and food been stinking with the hot weather so now everything‘s going into the big bin to go to landfill I am disgusted with the way the council officers and counselors have handled this situation there is no Way now I will be recycling everything will go in the big bin so when do you think you may solve this problem other people working going to work until 10 o’clock or maybe some of the officers that are at home now should put on a pair of Orange overalls and get out there with the lads I bet there are certain places in Halifax that have had all their ways collected

Since when did taxpayers become customers? And great job being open only during working hours and being shut on weekends. Really helpful stuff from Calderdale council as usual
Useless never answer the phone can be on hold for over 30 and this goes on all day
Absolutely useless when you have any issues don't listen and promises broken no callback as requested and impossible to escalate matters\u200bwith a supervisor just a script to follow and then cut you off as been waiting 30 minutes and automatically cuts you off as office is now closed
