Got scammed at one of the premises on the grounds of this club. It played host to an auction scam which fleeced residents thinking they were bidding on expensive items, where in reality it was cheap goods which were boxed. Haven't visited the actual stadium itself, but don't have a good impression of the management if it can't vet who's leasing their buildings.

A good local club that has mainly struggled over the years -however they now have a shrewd chairman and had some success over the last 12 years a few promotions and a win at wembley -the ground is certainly worthy of the football league but the locals need to back them more to achieve that .
Great atmosphere good ground at this level of football, has decent snacks available with some traditional Yorkshire twists pie n peas, nice bar that doesn't break the bank. Parking is very reasonable and plenty of spaces available, also easily accessible from the train station 10 min walk. Up the shaymen!!!
Not been here since the speedway years. Very nice little ground, modern and compact. Good facilities for a small club and a decent pitch. Bit pricey for me, a pensioner at 17. But that's football in the 20's.
It’s a while since we’ve been to The Shay to support Northampton Town FC and, as The Shaymen are presently outside the EFL, it'll likely be a while longer err we go again. From watching recent TV games on BT Sport they’ve improved the stadium complex no end under their new trading name of F.C. Halifax Town. But Halifax itself is a great town to visit, so give yourself a bit of time for a pre-match mooch round. Then just follow the crowd as it wends it’s way around the picturesque Shay Syke road to the ground. Plenty of standing (of course) and a great viewing platform all around, especially as the away end appears to have a roof on it these days.
