Further to my last comment it is now nearly twelve months since I picked up a new Outlander and the niggling faults are still there in that the speech operated stereo, phone will not program. I have to manually bring up the phone app and then touch the contact I want. This involves taking my eyes off the road which could A cause an accident or B get me in trouble with the police. They have never contacted me to ask if the fault is still there and as the first service is now due I am taking the car to a different dealership. I personally would not rate their after sales service, they are very interested in sales but not in curing irritating faults

Very good at selling cars but not good at sorting tricky minor faults under warranty. I had a new outlander to pick up and found I could not work the internal voice control plus the automatic headlight dipper. I suggested they put it into workshops untill the faults are sorted and give me a courtesy car but they refused. Two months later it remains the same and as it is a return trip of over ten miles I have given up
Brought a car from this garge. The sales team were fab they were not pushy and not force a sale. The range of cars are great the sales rep called Richard is a great man always looked after us and always told us everything and didn't not add any hidden chargers . Keep up the good work

My 4 year old car failed its MOT because of the failure of an incredibly expensive electronic part. The staff have been amazing - applying to Honda on my behalf to get the part for free and doing all they can to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Most of all, they've kept in touch and told me what's happening. In this day and age such good service is rare and I'd recommend them to anyone.
