Thankyou for you're delivery of an excellent product,however,I know its a busy and difficult time for us all but I would have liked a bit of an update to explain the very late delivery and did not appreciate the absolutely in appropriate attitude of the guy I spoke to prior to delivery,as a business owner myself if I spoke to my PRE-PAID customers with that attitude I would be out of business. I went to Mary's Florist today to buy my mum some birthday flowers, i let them know i was on a budget and they made a fresh bunch of flowers for me wrapped beautifully and with great care. The ladies in the shop where very polite and helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone who loves good customer service and amazing fresh flowers. Thanks you guys, the flowers made my mothers day!
Terrible!!! Wouldn’t use ever again! New people involved piggy backing on the reputation and name of what was a good florist. In my opinion, there are much better florists in Halifax, who offer more value for money with a better customer focus. Flowers were very underwhelming, heads broken and two stems already dead on arrival! Florist asked for photos and an email which we have done but no response Ofcourse. They also delete all comments on Facebook!
