Having had my wedding ring fall off my finger twice in one day I decided to take it to Hallmark Jewellers to get it re-sized. The assistant checked how many ring sizes adjustment was needed, quoted me a fair price and told me it would take two weeks. I collected the ring today. Not only is it a perfect fit, but they have cleaned and polished it so it looks brand new. The staff are all very careful to keep customers separate from each other for Covid safety and are very willing to assist. I cannot fault the customer service or the standard of workmanship.

Nice jeweler but the Wine garden.. worth a trip here on its own. Lovely venue, professional and knowledgeable staff, good food, nice wines but what really impressed me was Simon’s and the staffs sense for service and the small details

Beautiful Jewellry at very affordable prices. I bought a really pretty bracelet as a gift. While they gift wrapped it I had a tea and sandwich! Definitely recommend

A lovely hidden coffee house at the back of the jewellery shop. Sitting inside or outside available. It's tiny but very cute and very popular. The coffee is lovely. The paninis are yummy. The service is great. Thank you so much. The kids even got treated to marsh mallows on the house! How very kind. They had a good selection of cakes. Love it!
