i suffer from a head forward position due to work position, and related soft tissue tension from my bra strap up. The hour long massage released a lot of tension and allows my head to live a better position. I have plenty years of work left and more work to do on my muscles to get rid of the knots. I am really pleased to have found the help I needed.
