Sadly had to get my cat of 18 years put to sleep. Staff were very sympathetic and respectful. Even received a card from them a few days later. Would highly recommend.

We have been with Julie Innes vets since opening (9 years) and despite moving away from the area, we would never think about going elsewhere for our dog/s. The service is second-to-none in terms of friendliness, advice, direction, action and most notably, a personal touch of genuine care/warmth for animals that come in the door. Having used other vets prior to seeing Julie, I can say that not all show the same empathy and understanding of pets and their owners. Would highly recommend to anyone in the North/South Lanarkshire area - even if it's a wee drive.
