spoke to Scott (business manager apparently) disgusting attitude and made it impossible to buy a car. Didn't require any discount just wanted to buy the car at the screen price advertised but was wanting me to jump through hoops and had no interest in me buying, took my business elsewhere - would of been the easiest sale ever.

I didn't like the way that the service department spoke to me on the phone. If something doesn't come under warranty they don't have to be so rude to whoever is calling. I will not be dealing with this branch again as I didn't like how I felt after the phone call. I don't have a problem that it wasn't under the Warranty it was more the way that the man spoke to me on the phone when it came to this.
