We visited the showroom and Eric was very helpful, it was followed by a visit to our home to ensure suitability, we chose our wood burner once Eric confirmed we could install one. Installation took approximately 5.5 hours, Eric's team were very professional, very clean and diligent. Once the preparation was completed Eric personally installed the wood burner and ensured everything was okay. We were delighted with the end result and would recommend PG Fireplace and Stoves.

Amazing place. Not pushy and got a good price. Done everything they said they would when they said! Nice change eh. Now have everything installed and very pleased indeed. Eric is a great guy to deal with and I could not recommend them more. If you are looking for a stove this is THE place to go.

We had been interested in getting a wood burner for a while and luckily PG Fireplaces are local to us. Before we bought it we had been researching it on the internet and looking at different styles. Went in to PG Fireplaces and spoke to Eric who answered all our questions. Wood burners were very reasonable and nice selection. We have been back 2 or 3 times with more questions on how to operate. Eric always really helpful and told us everything we need to know. Wood burner is working a treat and couldn't be happier. Great value and even better service. If looking for a wood burner I would defo recommend PG Fireplaces.
